The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIMT Engineering College organized a highly engaging and informative industrial visit to CodeSquadz, a renowned software training and development company, on 2nd June 2025. This visit was aimed at providing second-year B.Tech CSE students with real-time exposure to the operational environment of the IT industry.
During the visit, students were warmly welcomed by the CodeSquadz team. The session was led by Mr. Manish Rana, who delivered an impactful presentation on emerging trends in software development, current industry expectations, and diverse career pathways in the IT sector. He also demonstrated real-world project case studies and offered students a practical walkthrough of modern tools and technologies used by professionals.
An interactive Q&A session followed, where students actively participated by asking questions and receiving expert advice on technical skill development, soft skills, and how to stay aligned with evolving industry needs.
This industrial visit not only enhanced students’ practical understanding of programming concepts but also emphasized the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and lifelong learning in a tech-driven world. The initiative was effectively coordinated by Mr. Kuldeep and Dr. Vandana Agarwal, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for all participants.
