Placement Overview

The College Career Guidance and Placement Cell provides guidance and all support to students achieve their career goals. The cell takes appropriate steps to identify the demands of existing and emerging industries and prepare our students accordingly. Adequate emphasis is placed on supplementing regular educational programs and developing appropriate skills. The objective of the Career Guidance and Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities and market ready training to students. With a captivating track record of highly productive relationships with companies of all sizes, ranging from beginners to mature, successful entrepreneurs at IIMT, our organization creates ecosystem to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

The organization’s Career Guidance and Placement Cell facilitate the campus placement center of graduate and post graduate students on our campus. Provides full support to the companies visited at each stage of the cell placement process. The cell takes care and conducts pre-placement discussions, written tests, interviews and group discussions as per the requirements of the visiting companies.

Placements are a measure of the performance of any college and reflect the success and growth of the organization. The purpose of the placement cell is to facilitate the placement process and ensure that every eligible student has access to opportunities in the industry. The goal of the cell is to provide 80% - 90% placement support to our students. We are committed to keep our students connected with the companies for latest update about the need of the industry. Students are placed according to their interests and skills in order to enhance their creativity and innovation in technology as well as organization development.
